ProSolar, TileTrac 4", with hardware and Stainless Steel flashing for Flat Tile Roof, with subflashing, Qty. 1, TT-1-T4-SF

The TileTrac's cost effective design and water tight seal have made it the industry preferred tile attachment for over 15 years. Use of the TileTrac allows for attachment installation with just the drilling of a small hole, as opposed to cutting out the roof tile.  Its stainless steel and aluminum production ensure long-term durability and reliability.

Features

  • Highlights - Solar industry's most popular roof attachment- Patent #5,746,091. Available in 6” stud for S-Curve tile and 4” for Flat tile. Includes stainless steel flashing (above tile), black aluminum sub-flashing (below tile), stainless steel lag bolt, and hardware. Single lag bolt design structurally connects to roof rafter while allowing the rail attachment stud to be positioned at the strongest area of the tile (the crown area). Independently laboratory tested to 1,100 lbs ultimate pullout load and 4,500 side lateral load. Not for use with Non-ProSolarRoofTrac rail systems. Not for use with clay or slate tile.
