Outback, 8kW 480VAC 3-Phase Isolated String Inverter, PRO480-8K

Designed for reliability, the ProHarvest 208V String Inverter is an easy to install, modular system optimized specifically for commercial rooftop ungrounded solar array applications. Unlike other string inverters, each string is individually monitored and managed by the inverter. Inverter AC cables must be ordered separately.

  • Highlights - Rugged three-phase (208V and 480V) plug-and-play systems. Small and light (hand-hodable, 24lbs). Non-isolated inverter for use with grounded DC systems. 200-850V MPP voltage range for 600V and 1000V systems. Two DC string inputs with independent monitoring and Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). Waterproof NEMA6, silent convection cooling. Designed for high reliability, uses no electrolyic capacitors. Wide temperature range (-40 to 65°C). Utility-interactive, listed to UL1741. Compliant with NEC 690.11 arc detection.
  • Applications - Rooftop Commercial: Usable where other solutions just won't work as coastal, desert and high altitude locations. Car ports, parking and shade structures: Can be mounted at any orientation, under modules, on racking without extra strengthening (clear of risk of liability from vandalism).
